## 1) Purpose
This grant supports the Artist’s project described above. The Artist retains full creative control.

## 2) Use of funds
Funds may be used for reasonable project-related expenses, including materials, studio time, rehearsal space, production costs, travel tied to the project, and documentation.

Funds may not be used for illegal activity.

## 3) Reporting (light-touch)
Within ___ days of receiving the grant, the Artist will provide:
- a short update (3–10 sentences), and
- 1–5 images/links/video clips documenting progress (when appropriate).

## 4) Attribution (optional)
If the Artist publicly shares the project, the Artist agrees to credit BFTA as a supporter where reasonable:
“Supported by Bitcoin For The Arts.”

## 5) Publicity and privacy
The Artist may choose whether their name/project is publicly featured. If featured, BFTA may publish the Artist’s name, a short description, and media provided by the Artist.

## 6) Bitcoin risks
The Artist acknowledges Bitcoin price volatility and transaction finality. BFTA is not responsible for wallet loss, user error, or exchange rate movements.

## 7) Termination
If the project becomes impossible to complete, the Artist will notify BFTA. BFTA may request return of unused funds on a best-effort basis.
